The Diary of a Fallen Angel

Australian Reader has posted another blog about a Zeus author. This time Poseidon’s Tammy Norris author of The Diary of a Fallen Angel. In the post Tammy discusses why she wrote about her experiences with post-traumatic stress disorder. The full post can be read at: http://australianreader.blogspot.com/2010/11/message-from-tammy-norris.html

Tammy also had a review published in NT Magazine in Darwin. Tammy’s story highlights how writers can help themselves by getting their thoughts into book form. Whether it is published or not it is usually cathartic. In Tammy’s case, by getting her story read by as many people as possible she hopes to help others cope with traumatic-stress disorder.

If you suffer from a similar condition there are institutions who can assist. Helpful sites include Reach Out Australia and Beyond Blue. Most importantly, by reading Tammy’s courageous account you’ll be inspired to reach out with hope and optimism.
